The PVC is very soft, almost gummy. The PVC is very smooth and glossy.
The PVC raincoat has an enjoyable 'new PVC aroma' when new.
When the talc dust/cornstarch dust is washed off, the glossy glass clear 1990s-early/mid-2000s PVC materials make a very enjoyable 'rustling' and 'crackling' noise.

I hope that the original 1990s-early 2000s PVC formulation is reinstated, using the exact same plasticizers. The PVC from this era was top quality and very enjoyable from a PVC fetish perspective.
